Terms and Conditions

Airport Touch Cars is a PCO licensed private hire operator, providing safe and punctual luxury vehicles for Airport transfers, businesses and all other destinations within the UK and Cross the Channel.

Airport Touch Cars operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Airport Touch Cars’ prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booked time. Quotations for all other destinations (out of London) require contacting the office by email/telephone at least two hours before the journey commences.

All Airport pickups will have a surcharge of £10.00 and the first 30 minutes waiting from the actual landing time is free thereafter you will be charged 25 pence per minute. There is no additional charge for flight delays.

All other pickups other than Airport (Residential / Business Address) waiting time are free for the first 5 minutes; thereafter 25p per minute will apply on the entire waiting time.

Fares are quoted at a flat rate. Any diversions; additional pickups or set downs by passengers will be charged a minimum of £10.00 per diversion.

All saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers. Five to Eight Seater vehicles are also available.

Child Seats & Booster seats/cushions are available on pre-booked journeys at the cost of £5.00 per unit per trip.

A chauffeur has the right to refuse any passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.

Chauffeurs from Airport TouchCars Accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss / damage is sustained.

Cancellation:

At least 2 hours notice required before pick up time on the London area postcodes. Outer areas will be requiring 6 hours extra notice, late cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee per journey, prices are liable to change without prior notice.

VAT is not charged on any cash payment made to individual drivers. Any other payment method made to the Airport Touch Cars will be subject to an administrative fee.

Chauffeurs from Airport Touch Cars will travel by the most convenient and expedient route unless specifically instructed to do so by their client. The Airport Touch Cars Chauffeurs adopt a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles. Chauffeurs will charge a violation fee of £50.00 for non-compliance, damage or fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).

Airport Touch Cars Chauffeurs reserve the right to levy a 50- 100% surcharge on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Airport Touch Cars will accept all major credit cards; will levy a surcharge of £3.00 for bookings made by credit cards.

  • Booking less than 24hrs before pick up time should please call us on 0207 223 5000, within the UK. And for international calls, the number is +44 207 223 5000.
  • All passengers booking to be picked from the airport are strongly advised if possible to prepay for their journey using our secure online paypal, credit/debit card payment facility. 
  • Please note, babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you might need. 
  • There is an additional £3 charge if we provide a baby/booster seat on your request. The passenger must specify Childs age on comment section on booking form. 
  • Any additional pick up or set down not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a £5 charge for each additional pickup or set down. 
  • Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport. 
  • For all pickups from the airport, meeting point is by the information desk at the arrivals hall.
  • After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 30 minutes free waiting time at the designated meeting point. After that £15 per hour is charged. If the driver cannot see you, he or she has the right to leave and the journey will be considered abandoned. please call our office on 0207 223 5000 if you cannot locate our driver at the appointed meeting point.
  • Airport Touch Cars do not charge for flight delays. 
  • All prices quoted are per car.
  • Payment on this site is via a secure server.
  • A booking/reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone.
  • Cancellations informed between 3 and 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £5 cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation informed between 4 to 2 hours prior to the journey will incur 50% of the booking price.
  • Cancellation not informed up to 2 hours before pick up time will incur 100%.
  • Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.
  • Airport Touch Cars reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.
